Click the circular group icon in the top, right corner.
Go to Surveys.
Select +Add New.
Type in the name of the survey. Be sure to toggle select ON to activate the survey, making it available to users.
Add questions and select question type. Add questions as needed. Save survey.
To SHARE Survey
You can copy and share survey link or add to kiosk.
To take survey, either scan in at a kiosk or paste the survey link in the URL bar.
Answer questions and click Next.
Note There is a progress bar at the top keeping track of your progress as you complete survey questions .
Yes/No questions are answered by checking the box for YES and leaving the box unchecked for NO.
Click Submit.
Click the circular group icon in the top, right corner.
Go to Surveys.
You will see a list of available surveys. You may view how many took the survey by looking at the number to the right of the survey...

From the drop-down menu in the top, left corner go to Community Center.
Go to the team name to you'd like to edit and click on the small wrench icon in the upper, right corner.
Under Team Settings , toggle select ON Make Team Lead.
Scroll down and select Update Team.
Test Post
Go back to the Community Center via the drop-down menu in the upper, left corner.
Select a team.
Type in a message to post to bulletin board.
Once posted, go back to the homepage. The Latest Community Feed posts will appear at the bottom of the homepage feed, with bold new post alerts.

From the drop-down menu in the top, left corner, go to Asset Scheduler.
Select whether you want to search reservations by location or equipment.
When searching by location, choose the site of the equipment. When searching by equipment, type in or select equipment from the list.
Find and select the desired date and time by clicking the box where the time and desired equipment name intersect.
Enter details for the reservation. Save.

Type in your email. Click Check-In.
Be sure to look for the welcome banner at top of screen after checking in.

Click the small gear Settings button in the top, right corner.
Go to Restricted Access from the menu on the left.
**Note: Restricted Access must first be turned on to access the auto-allow feature.

Click on the circular group icon in the top, right corner and click on the organization name.
Go to Settings by clicking the small gear button near the top, right corner of the organization page.
Go to Privacy to access the form builder for new accounts.
Toggle select ON to require more information in requests.
Click Edit Required Questions.
Select +Add More to add fields for new questions. Edit questions as needed. Be sure to click Save.
Note:Responses can be found within your requests dashboard under membership requests.

Click the drop-down menu in the top, left corner.
Go to Equipment & Assets.
Click +New.
Select the equipment type.
Fill in the information for the equipment being added. Note the new fields including cost, vendor, and warranty information. The direct link to the manufacturer's warranty information can be copied and pasted into the warranty field for easy access later.
After saving the equipment, you may edit tech specs by clicking Add Technical Specifications on the next page.
You may add and remove fields as needed so that only the necessary fields show up.
Be sure to save.

New requests will appear at the top of this page. You may accept or deny new requests and view request history.
To download the organization's entire request history, click the Download Equipment Request History link at the top, right corner.

There is also a link in the upper, right corner to download the organization's entire request history.
The Community Feedback tab shows all feedback received for this organization. Managers are able to view details of feedback such as who it was sent from, the organization name, and what the feedback is regarding.

In an effort to make the Safety Spot interface more user-friendly, we've added the Global Search feature. Now, at the top of the front page, there is a search bar that shows results from trainings, equipment, and locations within Safety Spot organizations. Type keywords and/or numbers in the search bar and view results from all of these categories, making searching all of SafetySpot.com easier.

Managers and users are now able to download a certification upon completion of a training. Certifications can be downloaded as a PDF and printed. Here are a few steps detailing how to generate and print Training Certificates.
Go to the Training Center from the drop-down menu at the top, left corner.
Click on the tab that says Your Training Certificates. Here you will find a list of all of your completed trainings.
Click on the training in which you'd like to view and print your certificate.
You will see your certificate come up as a PDF, and from this screen, you are able to print or save the certificate.
Click on the round, gray, group icon in the upper, right corner.
Go to Personnel Management.
Click on More located to the far right.
From the drop-down menu, select Download Training Certificates.
You will be prompted to select the name(s) of the user(s) in which you'd like to generate certificates for.
Click Get Certificates. Depending on the number of certificates the selected user has, you may be prompted to enter an email in which the certificates will be sent. The e...

Start out by going into the Training Center from the drop-down menu at the top, left corner.
Click on the training course you'd like to share.
The share icons are in the top right corner of the course page. Click on the icon of the site you'd like to post this course.
You will be prompted to log in to your account, then click share or post, and the link to this course will be posted to your social media account of choice.
There is also the option to copy the link to the course and manually share it on another site not listed, or share via email.

From the drop-down menu in the upper, left corner go to Equipment & Assets.
Scroll to and select the desired equipment.
Click the gearbox marked Settings in the top, right corner of the equipment page.
Go to Circulation Settings listed on the left.
Toggle select ON or OFF to set whether you want this equipment in circulation making it available to be checked out. Once turned on, this equipment will be listed under the circulation tab.

From the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, go to Equipment & Assets.
Click Circulation listed in the top menu bar.
You will see a list of equipment available to your organization. Note:You must have access to the equipment you are requesting to check-out.
Click Check-Out on the desired equipment. You will then see an alert that the check-out is pending approval.
Note:You will get a notification indicating whether this check-out is approved or denied.
From the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, go to Equipment & Assets.
Click Circulation listed in the top menu bar.
Click Management in the top, right corner.
There will be a small, oval icon in the top, right corner indicating pending requests. Click the icon to view.
Now managers may choose whether to approve or deny the check-out request. The user will receive a notification with the manager's selection.

Go to the Training Center from the drop-down menu in the top, left corner.
Go to Training Management.
Now in the upper, right corner, there is a Settings button. Click Settings.
Under Training Center Settings, there is a General tab and a Training Center Home Page tab. Under the General tab, you may view a list of all trainings and the training managers.
Under the Training Center Home Page tab, you may select to edit the Training Center Home Page and use a custom training list. Toggle select this feature on.
Now you may select the trainings to be featured at the top of the Training Center home page. Click Add Trainings.
Now when you go back to the Training Center, you will see the selected trainings featured at the top under Favorite Trainings.
Note:The order of the favorites list an also be edited under settings by dragging the small arrows next to the training title.
Also,when the custom option is turned off, the Training Center home page will automatically feature the most popular trainings.

Scroll to and select the course you'd like to edit. Click Edit Training.
Scroll down to the lessons of this course. Go to the lesson you'd like to edit and click Edit Lesson.
Scroll to Prerequisites and click the bar to add lessons as prerequisites.
Click save.
Note: Now when a user goes to enroll in this lesson, they will receive a message to first complete this lesson's prerequisites.

Now, add the trainings you'd like to have as prerequisites for this training. Save.
Note Now when a user goes to enroll in this training, they will receive a pop-up message prompting them to complete the listed prerequisite trainings before enrolling.
The prerequisite trainings can also be seen when viewing the training's main page.
