From the drop-down menu in the top, left corner, go to Asset Scheduler.
Select whether you want to search reservations by location or equipment.
When searching by location, choose the site of the equipment. When searching by equipment, type in or select equipment from the list.
Find and select the desired date and time by clicking the box where the time and desired equipment name intersect.
Enter details for the reservation. Save.

Select the desired location.
Go to Equipment and Personnel.
Select the box labeled Calendar View.

From the drop-down menu in the top, left corner, go to Equipment & Assets.
Scroll to and select the desired equipment.
Click the small gear Settings button in the top, right corner.
Under Visibility, toggle select ON or OFF, as desired.
Note: Visibility must be ON for users to see this equipment. When set to OFF only organization and equipment managers will be able to view.

Scroll to and select the desired equipment.
Click the small gear Settings button in the top, right corner.
Go to Restricted Access from the menu on the left.
**Note: Restricted Access must first be turned on to access the auto-allow feature.
Once Restricted Access is on, toggle select ON the auto-allow feature

Click the drop-down menu in the top, left corner.
Go to Equipment & Assets.
Click +New.
Select the equipment type.
Fill in the information for the equipment being added. Note the new fields including cost, vendor, and warranty information. The direct link to the manufacturer's warranty information can be copied and pasted into the warranty field for easy access later.
After saving the equipment, you may edit tech specs by clicking Add Technical Specifications on the next page.
You may add and remove fields as needed so that only the necessary fields show up.
Be sure to save.

Click on the circular group icon in the top, right corner.
Go to Requests. This takes you to the Request Dashboard.
Select Equipment Requests from the menu bar.
New requests will appear at the top of this page. You may accept or deny new requests and view request history.
To download the organization's entire request history, click the Download Equipment Request History link at the top, right corner.

Click on the drop-down menu in the top, left corner.
Click on Locations or Equipment and Assets depending on what you'll be sharing.
Scroll and click on the site or equipment which you'd like to share.
Once on the front page of this equipment or site, in the upper, right corner, you'll see icons for sharing. The lock icon at the end takes you to Privacy Settings. Click on the lock icon.
Select the toggle to ON to make this site or equipment shareable. You will be prompted to choose the information you want and do not want made public. Click save changes.

Select inventory from this list (or select a location under sites).
Once on the landing page of the equipment or location, click on Add Picture in the top, left corner.
Select the appropriate picture and upload.
Click on the drop-down menu in the top, left corner.
Go to Equipment and Assets (or Locations to add picture of a location).
Select inventory from this list (or select a location under sites).
Once on the landing page, click on the picture in the top, left corner.
Click on Settings in the top, left corner. Select Delete Picture.
 is the maximum time allowed. If any time exceeding that is attempted, a message will appear alerting them of the maximum time allowed and prompt them to choose another time frame. Scheduling within this time frame will be accepted and added to the schedule.

Hello,
The new Energizers that are coming out will only turn of by pressing the Job Stop button on the Energizer.
If it is turned off via web app or due to the end of a scheduled time, the energizer will stay on but notify that it should be turned off by cycling colors on the RGB button indicator.

Go to Equipment & Assets.
Select the equipment in which you'd like to view or edit a document for.
Click the 3 tiny dots on the far right of the menu bar.
Go to E-Resources.
Here you can click to view and download existing documents from this list, as well as search, add new, or edit documents.
Under Edit, you can make the file public for anyone to download, or delete the file.
When you select Allow to make it a public file, you must click Update File to save this change.
